Polio NSW and Mt Wilga Private Hospital are excited to announce the formation of a dedicated Assessment Clinic for people with the Late Effects of Polio (LEoP).
The LEoP Assessment Clinic is a one day clinic, held monthly, and will include a medical, physiotherapy and occupational therapy assessment under the direction of Mt Wilga’s Rehabilitation Physician, Dr Helen Mackie.
Mt Wilga Private Hospital is a 119 bed specialist rehabilitation facility boasting large modern treatment areas, two hydrotherapy pools, and fully equipped gymnasiums set on a 2 hectare site in a peaceful area of Sydney’s Upper North Shore.
